Obituary for Wayne Edwin Webb

Wayne Edwin Webb, 80, of Knoxville Tennessee, formerly of Kokomo, Indiana, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018.

Wayne was a Certified Quality Engineer and worked as a Quality Analyst of Security at K25 and Y12 in Oak Ridge for most of his career. He retired from NSPS in Oak Ridge Tennessee in January 2016.

Wayne served in the Army Reserves for 4 years. He married Dodie (Guy) Webb, in 1960, and was a wonderful father to her 2 children, Scott and Susan and raised them as his very own. He will be so missed by everyone.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Leigh Anne Webb; son, Guy David Webb; parents, Roscoe and Locie (Doane) Webb; siblings, Melba (Webb) Fullen, Arva Glen ('Bud') Webb, and grandson, Joshua David O'Banion. His wife of 57 years Relda (Doshia) Webb, passed away in June of 2017.

Wayne is survived by, his son and daughter-in-law, Scott And Michelle Beatty, of Kokomo Indiana; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Marc Deveaux of Knoxville, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Opal (Webb) Downhour, of Indianapolis, Indiana.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on April 21 at Bethel Tabernacle Church of God, 661 West 400 South Kokomo, Indiana, 46902.

Wayne will be buried at Sunset Memorial Gardens, beside his wife Dodie Webb, and son, Guy David Webb, in Kokomo, Indiana.
